Real Estate Salesperson State & National Exam Scheduling
After completing the 75 hours of Pre-Licensing education, per the Pennsylvania Real Estate Commission, the applicant must take and pass the administered State and National Real Estate Salesperson Licensing exams utilizing Pearson VUE.
To schedule the Real Estate Salesperson State and/or National exam(s), the applicant must first register. Once registered, the applicant will need to apply separately for each exam they'd like to schedule. The registrant's application will be approved after education transcripts are submitted and reviewed, as long as they meet the requirements set forth by the Real Estate Commission.
Once the applicant meets the requirements for registration, an email will be sent that will include details on next steps for scheduling. There are several different testing center locations and an option to take the exam(s) remotely.
